Why does laughter feel so good

Comedy is appreciation and the removal of judgement of situations. Watching a serius disciplined father figure getting a pie in the face is watching the removal of seriousness from the situation. When you remove judgement and seriousness, you get the remain essense which is neutrality or joy. Judgement and seriousness is weighting down of joy.

Every situation is neutral. It's always our intepretetation of it that gives it positive or negative meaning.
